“Suavitell” is high-voltage electronic cumbia: a punchy bassline, groovy verses, and an energetic chorus that works like a mantra of calm and determination. At 170 BPM, it blends Caribbean/Colombian-rooted music with modern electronic production (synths + organic percussion). Female vocals in Spanish with a catchy hook. For fans of Bomba […]

Guspira Management
Guspira is a subsidiary agency of Rhythm and Flow, a booking and management office focused on Reggae and Hip Hop with a 15-year track record. Backed by an extensive portfolio of hundreds of concerts across Europe, the USA, and Latin America, over these 15 years, we have collaborated with some of the most important festivals in Europe, including Boomtown (UK), Summerjam (Germany), Rototom Sunsplash (Valencia), Reggae Geel (Belgium), and Reggae Sun Ska (France), to name a few.Guspira was born out of the need to distinguish between two lines of work. After many years during which the primary focus of the office was booking Jamaican and American artists in Europe, we now feel the need to showcase the artists and the work we do in Spain and the Catalan countries. At the same time, Guspira is expanding its musical horizons to include other genres with which we weren't initially as familiar, always respecting the philosophy of Rhythm and Flow: a love for music.
In the music industry, it often becomes a business where groups and individuals are treated as commodities. We believe that music should be understood and nurtured, maintaining a sustainable approach without placing economic interests above people. We aim to break away from the traditional notion of success. We don't want to judge groups by the size of the audience they can draw to a concert venue or festival. We believe that music is an integral part of our culture and want to provide tools and mechanisms for artists to develop themselves without obstacles. Even those who manage to become internationally renowned groups may have started as budding talents in need of a helping hand. We don't want to forget them and are here to offer support. We come to collaborate, to work together beyond commissions or fees, as we believe that teamwork is key to the success of groups, and this is what defines us the most.
Guspira Records
In 2019, Guspira Records was established. Following the same values that define Guspira Management, a record label was opened to provide coverage for all the groups within the office. What initially aimed to be a tool to support our bands has evolved into an independent project. So, in Guspira Records, you can find artists who are not part of Guspira Management. We want to open this project to all groups who wish to be part of it.This record label was born out of a need to offer music groups fair, transparent, and humane treatment. Unfortunately, it's all too common to see bands tied to record labels with draconian contracts they regret for a lifetime. We ourselves have been victims of some of these contracts, which is why we felt the need to establish a record label with the kind of deals we would have wanted to have.
Currently, we work with the following artists: Lágrimas de Sangre, Sharif, La Sra. Tomasa, Sr. Wilson, Vito, Mistah Godeh, Las Karamba, Senyor Oca, Lil Russia, Rudymentari, Acros, and Montserrap.
