“Acuérdate” New Music Video from the EP “MUNDO 1”

“ACUÉRDATE” (Remember), is the memory of purpose, the energy of the beginning, and the essence of flavor. A clear and direct message in a positive key, to remind us where we come from and why we started in music. The track directly pays homage to the vibe of The Bush Babees, a group that greatly influenced Wilson and was part of the last wave of conscious Hip Hop from New York, protégés of the sound of bands like ATCQ and De La Soul. The clip was filmed in Valparaíso, Chile, in March 2024 during the Sr. Wilson & Griffi tour presenting “Rutas Interestelares” and is, in a way, a visual tribute to the classic Pharrell and Snoop video filmed in Rio, with all the splendor and colors that characterize it. The film was directed by NCLSFOTOGRAFÍA, from Temuco, Chile, who handled all the visuals for the Chilean part of the tour.

“ACUÉRDATE” is a track included in the new EP by the Catalan duo, “MUNDO 1.” It comes with extra flows, complex metrics, and a clear message of fun but also good vibes, where Griffi’s thunderous productions and Wilson’s deliveries blend perfectly into an amalgam of genuine hits.
