We are Declivi, an alternative rock band born in Manresa in early 2023. We met almost by chance, but from the very first rehearsal we felt that something worked: a natural connection, a shared energy, and a way of understanding music that made us feel at home. We all came from previous projects that hadn’t worked out, but this time we knew there was something special that made it worth fighting for.

Declivi is our way of channeling what moves us: our concerns, frustrations, contradictions, and also our joys. We make music because we need to, because there are things we don’t know how to express in any other way. We love the raw energy of rock, but we don’t shy away from melodies or tenderness when the moment calls for it.

We talk about who we are and what concerns us: alienation, fears, the desire to change things, friendships, love, anger, celebration and defeats. We always do it in Catalan, because it is the language we live in and the one we want to live in. It is part of who we are, and we believe that music in Catalan is both the present and the future.

Since we first stepped onto a stage in Manresa on June 30, 2023, we have taken every opportunity to share our music and have won over audiences concert after concert. We want to keep moving forward and share this energy with as many people as possible.
